Ocoee Ward is a congregation of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. This website is an unofficial bulletin. It is not ChurchofJesusChrist.org and it does not speak for the Church.

What this site shows

Public pages show meeting times, a sacrament program, activities, a cleaning roster, leadership callings with phone numbers that were already printed on the previous bulletin, and notices about tithing declaration, temple recommends, choir, and magazines.

What we do not collect

• We do not take tithing, fast offerings, or any payment.
• We do not run an advertising pixel or a third-party analytics suite on this ship.
• We do not embed a map that tracks you. Directions are ordinary links.
• We do not sell lists. There is no shop and no newsletter signup on this site.

Accounts

Clerks sign in at the office with email and password, Google, or X. Sign-in exists so a named person can publish the bulletin. Session cookies stay with this app. The first signed-in account becomes the clerk; later accounts must be invited.

Photos

Place photographs of the meetinghouse and temple are atmosphere, not identification. Activity pictures a clerk uploads are resized in the browser before they are stored.

Official Church tools

Member records, tithing, temple recommends, and Gospel Library live on ChurchofJesusChrist.org. Their privacy statements govern those services.
